You said all, not as just an option. CA18DET was also an option. The 2.4NA has been proven not so shitty though. Mods and a tune you are at the same power as a turboed one. Throw a turbo on the KA24 and it is a much stronger platform.

Your best bet is likely the specification of "plainly audible" in the statute. If they can name the song you were playing, you're probably screwed.

You might be surprised...a buddy of mine had a DUI where the defendant showed up in a tight skirt/etc and represented herself (practically unheard of for DUI's up here) and the judge found her not guilty because allegedly she was 'not drunk enough' (statute plainly states 'any degree of impairment'). Sooo, it's hard to say.

Impossible if she blew more than the limit. Judges have no discretion but to impose the minimum penalties.
