Was driving through the city and I saw a homeless guy on the corner. Didn't think much of it but I saw some people pointing in his direction. I was like what's going on? I look over and I think he has a gun or a something in his hand he's waving around. I get a better look and I see he is feverishly masturbating. WTF is going on in the world?

I'm pretty sure homeless people do this all the time. Back a couple years ago a homeless guy sits down on a bench about 20 feet away from where we were sitting, eating lunch, and puts his hand down his pants. We left.
 
I saw a homeless guy taking a dump standing up and urinating on himself outside a bus depot last month. 2 cops and a lot of people were there and they were disgusted and yelling at him. He didn't even blink, he was so out of it. Must have been drugs or alcohol.
