Anti aliasing or aniso filtering enabled?

NO. It's the demo, so it cant be enabled. All my drivers are up to date

BTW, my 3dMark01 SE score was 6096 which seems low.

Sure it can. Nvidia driver panel allows you to force AA/AF in any game or video application without having to enable it in that specific application.

~4000 is a normal score for 61.77 drivers.

BSOD huh? Are you running WinXP w/service pack 2? I might have a solution for that BSOD if so...

...and no, it's not uninstalling SP2- That would be too simple.:p

EDIT:And also, any of the 66.xx series of drivers will greatly boost your 3DMark05 score over the current 61.77 drivers listed on Nvidia's site.
EDITx2:And I don't know why people pimp turning off fast writes??? I have them on and everything is perfectly stable- it even adds to my 3DMark05 score.

People with 6800 series cards need to turn it off, otherwise major stuttering and freezing in 3d games occurs.

fzaba, i got a athlon 64 3200+ on a DFI Lanparty nforce3 250gb, with a leadtek 6800nu.

I hear that sp2 can help with directx9 video cards. (therefore maybe that's why my card is lacking performance). I get terrible startup lag when booting up windows, and after selecting username i get the BSOD.

You say you have suggestions? Please :) :)

Games wont look like this for a few years if not a decade or so. Dont worry if you get a low score on this, most people will. I suggest just going with the 3dmark 01 and 03.

For the record, Doom 3 and Half-Life 2 already look like that, and IMO a little better.

I haven't seen HL2 in action, but I don't think Doom 3 looks better than 3DMark05. id's OGL engine always tend to look different from other DX based engines, perhaps not better or worse, but just different. I do think that 3DMark05's engine looks better though. Texture detail and lighting looks great on 3DMark05 at least.

11k+ in 3dmark03 is ok. 3k in 05 is low though , i am kinda confused. i am getting about 12.5k in 03, almost 5k in 05 and 68k in aquamark (all benchmarks on default resolutions and quality settings). Oh , one last word, 61.77 are CRAP , go get 66.29 or something. The only thing that troubles me in my pc is Doom3. In 1024*768 high quality I cant get more than 45fps in timedemo1, though in reviews etc I easily see that similar rigs get capped at 60fps at my settings. Any ideas guys ?

I have practically the same setup as you except my 6800 GT is made by PNY. I used to get crappy scores in 3dmark too (ran slow, random pauses, if I tried to OC, my fps went down). I had to turn off fast writes in bios (its under chipset menu, at the bottom). After turning off fastwrites I can OC to to 435/1.11 and now I'm pulling a ~13.5k in 3dmark03 and ~5k in 05.

Also, disabling it in bios didn't cut it for some reason, I had to doanload RivaTuner and kill fastwrites there too.

Right click My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Settings(Startup & Recovery) -> Edit -> change the string "/noexecute=OptIn" to "/noexecute=AlwaysOff"

This is merely editing the boot.ini file to turn of Data Execution Prevention that is built-in to SP2. I was getting a BSOD after installing Zone Alarm on an SP2 system. Also, I could be in a game, hit the Windows key to switch to the desktop, and then get a BSOD when trying to reenter the game. Even my uncle had a problem with SP2 when trying to install Symantec Firewall- BSOD. Turning of that Data Execution crap worked great in all three cases. Even helped a few guys at work with SP2 problems. Hope it works for you.:)
