OK, maybe I'm a prude, I don't know. But I think of her as a sweet, young girl who sings country music.

All of a sudden she's gonna pose for Playboy? Good Lord.

It just seems wrong to me that anyone younger than I am (20) would do that! ....and could her parents POSSIBLY be in favor of this??? (although I guess it doesn't matter after you're 18...)

I agree. I always just thought she was a fairly cute girl with singing talent, not a "sex pot." Are you sure she's posing?

Its Jerry's fault. (Survivor 2). She started the trend, and suddenly everybody wants to be on Playboy... 😀

Personally I'm all for it, not just cause nude women rule, but because I like seeing more mainstream people opening up and supporting these things.
 
Actually, she's 19.

I'm pretty sure it's true, heard it on the radio this morning.

Does Playboy have a website you can go to that will show who's going to be posing for them in the coming months? If so, I can't go to it b/c my college will expel me, but if someone wants to check it out for me....

I can't look right now, I'm at work. 8-(

As for posing at 19, why not? At 18 I had to sign a piece of paper saying I'd go get myself killed if the government decided it needed more oil, so I'd say 19 is definately adulthood.

As for her parents, I'd be all for it (and yes I have a daughter). I know a couple of young ladies that put themselves through college to masters degrees with nude photography and a few that retired entirely by 30 through adult work. Whatever makes your life happy and full.

I personally don't like this. I think a girl is more special if she hasn't been seen naked by every man in the world. But, hey, whatever makes her happy.

On the other hand, I do like seeing naked girls....

 
BTW, it seems that a lot of girls want to pose naked for Playboy. Is one of the reasons because women know their looks will not last long and they want to have some proof that they were hot when they were young?

I still remember the first time a Playboy playmate was actually younger than me. It was like some weird turning point in my life. It was around 1996 and I had just turned 20. My roommate had a subscription to Playboy and the playmate of the month was only 18 years old (and still in high school if I'm remembering correctly . . . can't imagine what it must have been like for her classmates.) It was then that both my roommate and I knew that we were getting older. Until that time all the girls in Playboy had been older than us (as far as we were concerned anyway.) Now we realized these girls were our age. It was kind of an odd feeling at the time.

As for LeAnn posing, why not? She's old enough now and if she wants to do it that's her choice. I'm like a lot of people in that she always kind of reminded me of the girl next door. But then again, most of us always had a thing for the girl next door.
 
Bah, she's just mad at Daddy for blowing the money she made as a singer - that and she's vieing for attention with skanky Spears...
 
Maybe I'm not a prude but what is wrong with posing in playboy? Playboy is the softest of the softcore, all your gonna see of her is breasts and ass, and you will be lucky if you get that judging by Playboy's previous celebrity spreads. Again, why is someone taking nude pictures of you wrong?
