Just stating a fact 😉

Dogs require 10X the care and training then a cat does 😉

I agree. but once the dog is trained, he can actually listen! I had a cat that would listen to a few commands, i taught him to kiss (jumps up on hind legs, and pushes his face against you) and my dog that I have now also listens pretty well.. hmmm, i dont wanna study any more 🙁 im going to fail anyways.

Cats can be smarter than dogs but trust me there are dogs that are MUCH smarter than any damn cat could ever be... That being said I'd rather have a dog thats stupid, loves me to death, would protect me to its own death, and comes when I call it than a cat that MIGHT look at you when you call its name, only wants attention when its the most inconvient for you, and stinks up at least one room in the house...

Oh, while im at it, anyone have any good tricks on teaching a cat to poop in the toilet? 😀 😀

I don't know why, but I read the entirety of the article during the summer (I don't own a cat) lol. Sounds like a lot of work, unfortunately.

Remember the safety net though!

omg those two links are friggin hilarious. roflcopter lollerskates

The fact that a dog comes when you call it and a cat doesn't does not say anything about their intelligence. Dogs know you want them to come and so do cats. Cats just dont see the point.

On the other hand, cats may do much more dumb things than dogs.

One of my cat's favorite past times is to sit in a corner and stare at the wall for long periods of time. I figure either she's brilliant and she is theorizing, or else she used up her daily quota of brain cells.

Watch the cat every time it goes near the litter... if it starts to eat the litter, take it out and put it attention of her food or a toy...

Are other cats using the litter? If so, she might need to get a good whiff of what the other cats are using the litter for. Kitten usually grow out of the litter eating phase after a few days. If it has been longer than that, call the vet....

Oh yea.. is the kitten eating her food?

🙂

yeah,,, i think hes the 2nd nicest cat ive seen in a LONG time.. hes sooo fluffy, his hair is sooo soft... hes funny when he walks.. 😛

Thanks for the comments 🙂
