If I was the investigating dective in this case, I would charge the principal with possesion of child pornography for viewing and having possession of the video. As a school official he has no right or duty to investigate felony crimes committed in his school. That is what the police are for.

I still do have some faith in humanity, and can only hope that some kids find out who did this and exact a revenge on the offending kids in an old school ass whooping behind the school.

you cant really point the finger at the kids that stood there and watched. i dont think they enjoyed it, but we have to take into consideration of what the handful of kids were...most likely would get their ass kicked if they stood up one way or another. and truth of the matter, if you were one of those dozens of kids u'd do the same thing....nothing. you only see kids standing up in movies.

what's really f'd up is the school and that principal surely deserves to get fired. anyways, lets all pray and hope justice is served, meaning these 4 kids will be, one of these days, sent to the big house, and experience the same thing they forced onto that poor girl.

Out of all of the kids there, there had to be a handful that had the courage to stand up and do something about this. This is not like it's happening on the street, where you don't know the people involved, its happening in the school. My friends and I have stepped in plenty of times when arseholes were bullying other kids, and I honestly don't think this specific situation would change how we would react.

All I'm saying, is it's sad that not a single person stood up and did anything about it. Hell, not even confronting the kids, even getting the principal or a teacher immediately.
