WTF IS WRONG WITH MS OFFICE!

For the upteen times, I tried to save a 50k document and it keeps telling me too many files are opened or the disc is full. I'm getting pissed. This happened to me when I had typed out all 40 pages and could not save a single thing. WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS SHAIT?!

fvck MS

Try saving with different names? Also does the document have a lot of figures? I know word has a problem with so many figures.

No figures. Just a few graphs and all words! I tried cutting and paste into another word document. Tried saving under diff names. Tried everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know equation editor might also create some problems if you have many equations in the document. I have this problem all the times and I just delete some equations and then it saves like a good boy.

The only thing I have now is MS office. 🙁

Have you tried Wordpad or Notepad? I know that I often forget about them because I hardly ever use them.

I've seen it happen also on machines at school. Never really did find out what the problem was.

GoodToGo, maybe this is the issue that pillage2001 needs us to solve for him/her; just my opinion, hope this helps 🙂

No go No go. Cut out all the equations and all I get is the same BS. 🙁

that has happened to me many times..

workaround:

Copy.. then close office (be sure to keep contents in your clipboard)

then reopen office and then paste... (pray, it should work)

Microsoft Word seems to have trouble with large documents. It randomly ate sentences out of my 500-page novel. . . talk about pissed.
