WTF is wrong with me?

So, a while ago i started a venture online that's really easy, and makes a lot of money. In fact, the money to be made expands exponentially the more time i put into it (and it doesnt take much time to begin with). After maybe 3 months worth of hard work id be able to sit back and rake in at least an extra $300 a week, after a year id be pulling in an extra $500 a week. This isnt speculation, its fact. There's no doubt in my mind id be able to do this and pull in those dollars (yes, it's legal).

However, i have no motivation. None. Zip. Every time i tell myself im going to sit down and work on this project, i just would suddenly rather be doing anything else. It drives me insane... it's not like i couldn't use the extra money. WTF is wrong with me? I know i've got ADD, but ive never experienced anything like this before. It sucks hard.

Anyone ever experience something similar? How do you force yourself to do something when you really, really, really dont want to? It's times like this i wish i were a computer.

You need someone to kick your ass (maybe literally and physically) if you can't keep yourself motivated. It's all about breaking down the work into smaller, manageable steps, then taking that first step, and keeping yourself on track and organized. If you need some help with an online venture, let me know... I've got some free time now (finals are over! yay!). But don't expect any cash coming from me. I'm not an idiot (I think :p).

Nah, it's not some pyramid scheme or some "buy my seminar and YOU TOO can get rich!" And i've already managed to work with it on a small scale and it's definitely a viable project, i just can't motivate myself.

For me, when I have a motivation problem, it usuaally stem from the lack of feeling of accomplishment.
So even if I know exactly what to do, I'd write down a plan / schedule with each individual step that I need to take to finish the project.
Then just start doing them one-by-one, checking them off as I go.
Might work for you?

Nah, can only do basic editing with either (basic stuff for forums and sites). If you want some motivation, though, I'll tell some of my thug friends to send you threatening mail? "Get the work done, or your mother's pinky will be the first thing you unwrap Christmas morning!" :p

I'll give it a shot, might help. I usually just make a mental to-do list and haphazardly go after everything at once.
