i never get sick so that's why i haven't been to worried about it. i guess i'll go to the doctor just to see what the deal is. again, there is NO pain whatsoever with this lump.

Hope it's nothing serious. You could just be getting sick (viral infection) -- sounds like you have a cold coming, at least, that's what happens to me when I get sick (my throat starts to hurt first).
