WTF is with my browser window constantly resizing itself?

As in title. I'll click on a link (even a link within a given page) and *boom* browser will suddenly drop down to non-full-screen. 😕

Could be the links are set to open in a new window at a certain size. I've done this before with Javascript while coding pages. Although, this probably doesn't hold water if it happens on a bunch of different un-related websites.

Yep, XP.

Encryptic: it seems to be nearly random. Is there some way I can set the browser to full-screen-only?

Strange. I know you can set Internet Exploder to be full-screen by pressing F-11, but I don't know if that will solve the problem.

I dug around a bit online and it seems to have something to do with Java, but no one seems to have a definitive fix for it. 😕

Disabling Javascript doesn't help?

This is for all web pages, or specific ones?

Unless it's an issue with the MS Java virtual machine, I don't see how it could be a Java issue. Java applets don't even have authorization to modify the browser window size.

It's an IE problem, nothing to do with Java. There's a reg key that you can reset to auto-default all new windows to fullscreen, do a google for it.
