WTF is up with the XKCD forums and BASIC?

For some reason I decided to visit the XKCD forum for the first time ever, mostly out of curiosity about what could possibly be discussed in the forum of a web comic.

Anyway, I went to the science section and noticed that when they're talking about the speed of light they all seem to transpose c with the word BASIC. Is this some acronym I'm not aware of? Google was no help. Or maybe this was a case of XKCD readers trying to make some "hilarious" joke about the BASIC programming language that I don't understand. Anyone know WTF is going on?

Probably some programming superiority thing. Maybe the forum admin likes BASIC as opposed to C and decided to set auto filter/replace. Kinda like what Woot! does, except less obvious (read: geeky) humor.

Doesn't 4chan censor certain penis like that? I mean, you can type the specific penis you want, but it sometimes comes out as a totally different penis than the one you intended.
It's almost like they're taking the penis right out of my mouth, know what I mean?

Line, consider yourself crossed.
