<< we apologize to each other. If that happened in high school, the other person would say to me "GET OUT OF MY WAY A--HOLE!" >>

Assuming you're a guy and he clearly knows you can't kick his ass. Sadly, but often time in high school, it's all about being able to threaten someone to kick their ass and being capable of doing so to be entitled to make it run your way among guys. They're still kids. They get away with it as long as they don't actually do it.

Tell stuff like that to other students you don't like at college just because you don't like him, you're risking getting sued. Threatening to beat someone up can and have resulted in lawsuits.

<< For reals man... why even stress about it. Makes you look like the idiot. >>

Sorry, I don't agree... letting standards slide (like thinking it's no big deal for people to trash places because it's more conveniant for them then getting their lazy asses out of a vehicle) and "looking the other way" doesn't accomplish anything other than get us into even deeper sh!t as a nation.

As to the senior citizen freaking out, you have to cut those folks a few more breaks... they are sometimes senile and often have reasons to be very upset (seen people close to them die or ignore them because they are old).

Young punks should know better.

but if a parent of one of those kids were to have seen your throwing chicken in there car... or if you were in a court of law, you would look like the psycho who is harassing minors.

Who is the adult here, and who are you to them to have earned there respect?

I'm 24 and yes, kids these days have no respect! I was actually shocked when few years ago I saw some 13 year old (about) acting stupid and I thought to myself "When I was young, I didn't act that stupid!". About 5 seconds after that my thoughts were "Oh my god, I'm getting old!"
