It's just a junk meme, seems to have carried over from the chans... first it was The Rock, then Vin Diesel, now Chuck Norris. Conan O'Brien had a hand in it with his Walker: Texas Ranger clips.

I have NO idea.. and I actually enjoyed the whole O RLY? fad, but this Chuck Norris thing is just ridiculously stupid. "Because of Chuck Norris" sounds like something a bible belt teacher would say to try and explain creation.
