WTF is this song?

It's something of an chant, African (I think). I've heard it used as background music for years have yet to figure out what song it is.

All I know of it is the rough rhythm and lyrics:

Dunno, i remembered hearing about it, and googled it. It got the first song that came to mind and i tapped. (na na na na heeey bye bye, thanks to the op)

I think it's got instructions somewhere.
