a buddy of mine in the navy stopped over in Singapore and they were selling anything and everything, legit OEM software, for pennies on the dollar. He bought WinXP Pro for $5. Just to be safe, he called the registration 800 number for MS and gave them the skinny and the cd key and asked if it was legit. The key hadn't ever been used before and the lady on the phone told him that they regularly sell crap like that overseas for incredibly cheap.
