I smoked in a club and a bar in NYC this past november... hehe...

only a few will get the signifigance of that.

How'd you manage that? 🙁

its not unheard of especially in larger clubs and bars. They cannot keep an eye on everyone. I went to spirit in manhattan back in December and there were about 20+ people smoking weed. Trying to count the ciggarettes on top of that would hav ebeen impossible

In kids it's cool and appeals to their desire to fit in, or they are simply curious, succumb to pressure, etc. In adults it's an example of their lack of will power and inner physical strength.

It's an acquired taste, just like beer and black coffee. You don't like it? That's fine, but you don't need to act like it's going to give everyone leprosy.

Damned if I know - freakin nasty.
A state wide ban on smoking in public places has been proposed in Colorado
Doubt it will pass though.

Coffee is often used because people are addicted, but I'd say normally people go to beer because they really like it, whereas smokers are addictively compelled.

I drink but dont smoke. I dont really understand why so many people around here smoke, I would say that 70% of the population here smokes. At work it sucks too, 85% of the people here smoke. The last thing I want to smell is smoke when I take a walk outside, and all the fvckin smokers ruin one of my favorite hangout places cause my clothes always stink after I go over there :disgust: I wish they would do like CA and ban smoking in the bars.

I don't give a damn if people smoke, as long as it's not around me, and my taxes/health insurance premiums don't have to subsidize it.
