wtf is going?

i come on to ATOT and all i see for topics is the numbers 0-12 with two number 1's, some topic with "modz plz ban john0394..., the difference between DVD+R and -R, and "how do you write out eleventy billion in digits". wtf is going on? are the mods gone and its complete anarchy? have ppl lost there dam minds? has everyone not in HS disappeared?
