Did you faint before you were in the bed or were you in the bed as a result of fainting? But yeah, that wasn't a very nice thing to say.
 
So, you almost fainted due to the A/C not working on a hot day? Your mom was in the hospital for some problem. Maybe she was stressed and you were the closest person to take it out on.
 
You're Chinese... and now you're sensitive to your mother's criticism? Live with it... most Chinese mothers are critical.
 
If it makes ya feel better you're not totaly useless... At that point they could of used you as a draft blocker for the door!

but stuff like this happens a lot in chinese families... take it with a grain of salt! or treat it like a joke and reply to these comments with &quot;I love you mommy&quot; in a cute voice. that always gets them to shut up, turn around, walk out, and think about what they just said.
