seriously, what Dennil said. Add/remove programs on the control panel, select DAP and click on install/uninstall.

 
If it's not even in add/remove programs, the best thing I could suggest would be to delete the directory it's installed in. You'll still have some junk in your registry, tho, and you may need some way to clean that out. If it's only been on the system a day or so, and you're running 98 or better, you could always try to restore to a previous registry after deleting the files.
