The FedEx in my area stays open pretty late for customer pick-ups; 11:00PM I think. Just call their customer service number with your tracking info and they should be able to tell you where the station your package is being held at is.

It was held for delivery at 8:24am. I doubt they even tried to deliver it. Especially since it's location is a 45min drive from my house.

They left my 1800FP. Some stuff they leave and some they don't. Worst part about ordering online is waiting for delivery.

as i put in another post, ups and fedex both like to leave "attempted delivery" slips at my door instead of ringing the doorbell. i end up driving 20-25 min to go pick it up myself.

In the on-line delivery tracking system, which date is listed for the scheduled delivery date? If that date isn't until Monday or Tuesday, then the driver might just leave it on the truck and deliver other packages that were scheduled for delivery today - Friday. This has happened to me before and my driver indicated that they will do that if they have too many packages to deliver which are due before yours is to be delivered.

It really seems like this is what happened to your package. I'm sure you'll see it early next week.

Actually what happened was they saw "Dell" written on the box and did not even attempt to deliver it. They said they would not deliver "computers" unless someone called them before hand saying that they'd be there to sign. So the guy is going to have them deliver it tomorrow. Oh well.....

Fedex blows. Almost everytime I get a package from Newegg, it arrives at the sort facility a day early, and is on the truck for delivery. BUT, they won't effing deliver it because it's "not scheduled for delivery" until the next day. THEY DRIVE RIGHT BY MY HOUSE on the way "home". What a bunch of worthless morons. I hate Fedex, and hope and pray that someday Newegg will offer another carrier.

Fed Ex has always been good to me. They left every computer part I've ordered, which mostly originated from newegg, on my door step with no signature required.

Dell, I think, wants to make sure Fed Ex gets a signature before leaving it at the door step. Unlike Newegg, they do not request a signature on arrival.

They blow because they won't deliver a package early, despite you not paying for it?
