Probably SUV got under the trailer while it was moving and rolled over on its side.

Truck pulls out from a side alley, possible warehouse driveway. Moves across traffic perpendicularly to turn left. BMW comes down the road and can't stop in time. Runs under the truck and gets pinned by two front trailer wheels. Trailer wheels flip car up on side lifting up trailer.
Well, that's just my guess

I would think that the car would have had to been on two wheels before it got wedged undr the trailer, or it would have been dragged instead of rolled. It looks like the skid marks show him making a hard left before impact, so maybe.
