Why are our tax dollars being spent on agencies such as NEA in the first place?! For FY09, that's an instant $128.412 million we could shave off the spending right from the get-go...

WE... NEED... TO... STOP... SPENDING... MONEY... ON.... NON-ESSENTIAL... AGENCIES. PERIOD.
