WTF: Bug stuck in my LCD

Damn Dell UltraSharp 18.1" has a section of dead pixels in the exact center of the screen.

UPDATE:

Turns out it is a small bug stuck in the lcd. WTF am I supposed to do?

Damn thing is now walking around.

I've had one like that before. It was a tiny bug stuck between the LCD layers. I would move all over the screen for maybe an hour, then it disappeared

But can't you just take the frame apart? There's probably a protective layer over the top of the actual screen (obvious but...).
