That's irrelevant. If it's labeled a trend by Hollywood and/or fashion magazines, you can bet most women will consider doing it.

On a related note, I noticed women have started rolling their jeans up into cuffs again like the early 80's. Nevermind that it looks retarded... it's the latest trend! But don't you know... people clearly can think for themselves.
