WTF Bling Teeth Spinner!

Wow... for only $105 I can put a little merry go 'round on my tooth! Wonder if it'll help me process food better.
 
I haven't seen that particular page, but I've seen teeth spinners posted here before. I remain confused as to why someone would even consider that.
 
Eating corn on the cob is a bitch with those things but all the ladies LOVE my smile (except after eating corn on the cob)! 🙂
 
So what makes them spin?

Also...I understand wheels that keep spinning...because that's what wheels are supposed to do. Teeth aren't supposed to spin :|
