Your business is registered as an associate member. Although you may have received an order confirmation, it has now been canceled and your credit card will not be charged.
The promotion site was fraudulently compromised from an outside source, allowing anyone to by-pass the code that checked for the member level status and access the promotion. The security breach was rectified as soon as possible, but many orders were placed in the very short time that the breach was active. These orders were canceled in accordance with eligibility as defined by the official rules.

The official rules are a legally binding document. When a company holds a promotion there are state and federal laws controlling the promotion. Making any exceptions to those laws can put the company holding the promotion and the promotion participants in jeopardy. Therefore, once the rules are written they must be strictly adhered to.
We know that your company is not a gold or platinum member because we keep a database of all AMD Solution Provider members, which includes their member status. Your company is listed as an associate member. We understand your position and we apologize for the frustration. It has been quite frustrating for us as well.
