WTF a couple 12 year olds shot bottle rockets into someone's car

The attorney's want to charge the adult males that got hit by bottlerockets with manslaughter/homicide since the kids were just being kids and didn't know it was bad.

Can't find the link, was on fox 29 news in Palm Beach tonight.

Yes, they should be charged with vehicular manslaughter. They killed someone, due to negligence.

Did I call it or what? Damn I?m getting good at this. I am fairly new at this and am to lazy to read all the topic headings for the past who knows how many years just to insure I don't repost. No wonder it gets so dry around here sometimes

Disagree on "kids being kids" (not that I feel that one should have been killed for it, of course). They should know better, especially by 12. Shooting fireworks into peoples' cars is very dangerous and indicative that their parent is negligent. RIP 🙁

I searched, didn't see this...anyone got the post.

Anyway it's the guys that got shot with bottlerockets getting charged with the homicide/manslaughter deal...since they 'chased' these kids to their death....😕

I am getting a bit sick of kids in general and their overextending boundaries.

I was in a home depot yesterday picking up aluminum tape and a kid with his family rammed me with a cart and told me to move so his dad could look.

Parents said nothing.

I pushed the cart back as said your dad will wait.

dad said hey, I said hey what...I got my stuff and left.

My wife works in retail fashion...it's much worse there. She has seen kids slapping their dressing room assistant in front of their mother's which agreed, the clothes just don't work. It's a very rare thing though, yet still happened.

When I was a kid, my parents did very well, if I bit at a hostess or server or clerk my dad would have had half my a$$ ripped off and struck from history.

I'd like to have kicked their damn cart over after his dad's useless reaction. Something VERY wrong with parents these days. It's NEVER their kid's fault. Blame always lies with the teacher, cops or whoever their kid's victims are. :|

thanks for the understanding...many said I was a pr!ck in other discussions. I watched this kid watch both his parents? on their cells while I was where they were wanting to go. He pulled the carts back, his parents moved (still carrying on their conversations) and he rammed me. Then he said 'my dad has da git in dare'
