WTB new 939 MB?

I'm in the same situation dude. So many are out of stock and not being restocked. for around $150-170 you can get a new CPU/Mobo and DDR2 ram.

Only seven days late. I figured a thread that had been around for a week might have already been seen by a few moderators.

The mods are evil robots all jacked up on jolt cola and nocotine gum. Beware their wrath!

On a more serious note, I'd try ebay or just buy a low-end current MB+CPU+Mem. For example, it would be silly to pay $90 for a 939 MB when you can buy a low-end intel or AMD setup for less than $100. The prices of 939 MB's are likely to be VERY high given their performance compared to modern cpu options. Prices on motherboards genrally plummet right after a platform phases out, but then start increasing as that platform ages into oblivion.

Wrong, Mentos and Diet Dr. Pepper.

Tread lightly, I'm out of Dr. Pepper.

I bought one from geeks.com for $45 about 6 months ago. If the price is close to $100, your better off getting a new motherboard and cpu combo.

Your next bet is Ebay - they're probably selling for high priced used, because of the lack of ability to buy new ones. I still have 2 in use at my house.

Also, I don't see how linking to Ebay is any different than linking to any other site. Especially if it's an Ebay store.
