WTB: Mazda Miata

So I just cant find one that stays for sale long enough to test drive, especially around NY. Anyone up for selling one to me? I request red/black/silver, 5-speed, cruise control, a hardtop, under 150k miles, and under 250 miles away from 13760 zip code would be nice. Please hold and let me know if you have one and I will make you an offer. Also, I can fix a lot of mechanical things on cars so if there is something small-medium difficulty to do thats fine.

did this require a 3rd (at least) thread? your first thread is just 6 posts below this one!

Took me awhile to find one too and you're looking in the summer which isn't a good time. I bought mine back in November. I'd put the hard top down as optional since you can always buy one later but they ain't cheap unless you get lucky.

Zoom ZoomI'll sell you mine, but it's in Michigan 😉

Silver w/ BRP supercharger, no HT though.

Wow, i would fly to michigan for that, too bad i only have 3k to spend, unless, 3k works for you...

In any case, link to where I can buy those rims when I manage to snag one?

Just had another thought. You will be hardpressed to find one for $3,000. The price on older Miata's is going up, not down.

craigslist much?

The only one under $3000 in Detroit is $2900 and does run. The cheapest one that you could drive away in was $4200.

Oh, well Iv come across 5 or 6 under 3k that are in great condition, but they either didnt have cruise control (im addicted) or they were sold before i could get to them...

In other news, a girl who knows cars and car accessories is pretty cool, keep it up

The hardtop alone could sell for $700+ in good condition. So basically you would be buying a NA Miata (I'd even go as far as only 1.6Ls)for around $2000, which might be in questionable condition or just too plainly optioned to your liking. BTW I shudder at the thought of driving my Miata in NY in the winter...hardtop or not.
