WTB Keyboard with light touch space bar?

Was wondering if there's a keyboard with a light touch space bar out there? I use/hit space bar a lot for games and typing. It's a pain having to press so far down on the spacebar. I've broken 2 keyboards trying to modify them.

I guess it doesn't have to be egonomic but that would be great to. Anyone know of any?

www.datadesktech.com "SmartBoard". Truly ergo, light keypress force, split space bar with two individual contacts. Not cheap, but worth it.

Do you have one of those keyboards? Because it doesn't look like the space bar is light touch.

Have you ever considered the keyboard that comes with the Logitech Cordless Freedom Optical package? I've tried the keyboards and it seems pretty soft (cheap). Check it out...hope this helps.

Yes I do have one (two, actually ... you refuse to type on anything lesser after you got used to them). Keypress force, including the spacebars, is as light as it gets. Just enough to not go down unwantedly when you just rest your fingers on it.

I try to stay away from anything cordless but the logitech keyboard you mention looks pretty neat.
