WTB Computer as in Anandtech guide, shipped to Mexico

I am looking for a good online shop that is able to build a computer according to "my" specs based on an Anandtech guide and ship in to Mexico (preferable from the states).

Quality is more important then cheapest.

I want Windows XP Pro included, and the system should be assembled and tested (but preferable come with a clean HD).

Hi Wedge1, I was doubting between that forum and this one, but since I considered it commercial, I dropped it here.

And to the others, yes, it's a legit request, not a scam (one computer can hardly become a scam).

I am a Dutch Perl programmer, and live currently in Mexico. It's hard to buy
a computer here, only cheap and unreliable parts. Moreover, spanish keyboard, spanish OS. I currently use a machine with the OS in spanish, and a lot non-spanish software which is confusing as can be.

I repost, and contact the people who asked so by PM, thanks.

(Payment will be done by credit card, US customer of mine is paying as a bonus )
