Laff. Let me guess, the next statment is: "Save a few g's, buy the Neon SRT-4, it smokes the Rex."
It's the same with the Civic owners. You know, regardless of how fast your civic or neon is, at the end of the day its STILL a civic or neon; that's it.
Other than the SRT-4(which only beats a Rex in straight line performance, arguably not what the Rex was designed for..), I don't know of a cheaper car (stock assumed, no $2000 civics + 20k in mods) that will outperform a WRX.
