It's the same with the Civic owners. You know, regardless of how fast your civic or neon is, at the end of the day its STILL a civic or neon; that's it.

Other than the SRT-4(which only beats a Rex in straight line performance, arguably not what the Rex was designed for..), I don't know of a cheaper car (stock assumed, no $2000 civics + 20k in mods) that will outperform a WRX.

Yea, it weighs a little more. I believe it stiffens the chassis though.... Wouldnt make much of a difference in rally driving, but it would in autoX/track driving.
M3's are the same... coupe is ~70lbs lighter, but the 4 door has a stiffer chassis.

mustang GT will beat it in a line and tmv on the base is less than tmv on the base rex
