Theoretically it is possible to have a total conversion of Matter to energy. It hasn't been done yet though. I read somewhere that if one was to directly convert a human into total energy it would create more energy that the hoover damn a year.

I am interested in the actual process such as some sort of equivalency to the intricacies of the phase changes of sublimation, evaporation, and condensation, such as molecule reorganization,, energy states blah blah blah
