Who here is a software developer and gets royalties for the products they work on ? not including a paycheck, but money even after you leave the company?

Ahhhh, so it's okay to charge royalties on intellectual property you create so long as it's a company doing it and not an individual?

This argument is stupid, plenty of people charge royalties for use of their intellectual property as do plenty of companies. You're just anti-union and are desperately looking for an argument against them that you can't quite find.
