How many folks think that if he told the insurance company the same story he told us, they'd pay the claim?
I don't believe they'd pay the claim at all, and if they did pay the claim, they'll raise his rates a lot.
I am betting that he did not tell them the same story.
Exactly. It just doesn't sound logical.
Not only was he 100% liable, which is universally expected to increase your rates, he was in the midst of an ILLEGAL manuver.
If I ran a traffic light and hit the curb, are you telling me they would cover it all and leave it at that?
Perhaps they covered it, as that is CERTAINLY plausible, but hte fact is that they would A$$r@ape you when it came to your premiums. The fact is that you are now a liability to them, and they will make sure you know it. Why do you think people get rate increse even if accidents aren't their fault? Spite?!
IT is all about what you will cost them.
OF course, from your rather lax explanation, it seeems jsut as equally plausible that you mitigated the circumstances in your favor wiht either your Isurance co or us.
I don;t "hate you" or have any atagonistic thoughts towards you. All I am stating is that, like many others, I believe you are a liar, regardless of whether you are lying to us or your insurance company.
