require? or allow you to...i bet most of those drivers dont drive any better than anyone here... so maybe they shouldnt have been driving that fast in the first place unless it were a controlled environment. but hey they have $$$ to burn... if they're still alive they could always buy a new one.

We have a $120 million dollar drawing this weekend in Texas, and if I win and able to buy it - I wont be crashing my specially ordered ghost white 2005 Rolls Royce Phantom into anything!
