My verizon DSL been down since 8am, I thought it was Siemens router screwing with me again but turned out to be big outage in NY South area. I dont remember last time my DSL was down. I kept resetting router over and over
Verizon tier 3 told me big outage in new york south area they told me they didnt have such big outage almost in a year
 
Write a complaint letter to Verizon and tell them you fell out of a 3-story window and twisted a bone because your DSL service went out.

j/k, I would have probably done the same thing (resetting the modem that is).
 
Glad they fixed it....we'd all be lost without our favorite whipping-boy posting.
