42 and hard to believe that both of my kids will be gone to college in 10 more days. Time does go by quickly, so enjoy it while you can. Today was moto-cross racing with son #2; tomorrow I think is going to be kayaking day with son #1, provided today's torrential downpour doesn't push the river to an unsafe level.

Keep active - it's the only way to feel younger.

The perception of time moving faster the older you get has been around since at least the Romans.
Perhaps there is a singularity at the end of the universe pulling us towards it faster and faster.

34, but I've felt 45 since my 20s. I'm a born curmudgeon.

46 here.....I love my life: my family, my dogs and my kids all make me happy...(okay, maybe not so much the family, but definitely the dogs and the kids).

This year has been a blast but it's going by soooo fast.
I turned 45 back in March and like to feel 25 every day but you know you cannot beat the clock regardless of how much money you have or who you know...

I know the majority of posters on this forum are very young. Enjoy your youth! It's something you can never get back once it's gone! 🙁

Tell me about it!
I am 52, seems like just yesterday I turned 50, my new grandson was 8 months old, he just turned 3 last week!
Never thought I would live this long, given my smoking & eating habits, but once I made it to 50, I decided to turn it all around. Lost 45 lbs.+, have quit smoking (With the occasional slipup!), got a divorce, life is good! Too bad I didn't take better care of myself!

To sum it up: Take Rubycons advice, kids! Enjoy your youth, but PLEASE, by all means take care of yourselves!
I would hate to see anyone in the shape I am in when they get my age.
