I ordered a CPU from there once. I needed it right away, so I paid the extra for 2 day shipping...and then TCWO proceeded to wait three days before shipping it (the site stated that the CPU was in stock, and the order was placed at 10am). I called to complain, they refused to give a partial refund on the shipping, so they'll never get another dime of my business.
