My hunter hitted 62 last Sunday afternoon just doing quests in the starting zone. The only quests I got left in that zone (that I know off) are the chained quest for Overlord? i.e. the one where you follow the dog to dig up a key and the stupid feathers quest. :p I didn't set foot into any instance yet so I didn't get any quests in there done. I rarely had long playing sessions so finding group for that being kinda tough. Hopefully my hunter will hit 64 by early next week. :)

Ugh, I hated that Fei-Fei quest... sat there following that dumb dog around (after buying all the stuff). Worst of all, some priest tried to ninja it from me! I was about to go medieval on that guy. Do you mean the quest called "Drill the Drillmaster"?

I think 64 by next week is a pretty easy goal with some decent play time. Zangarmarsh is pretty easy as there are only 4 elites in the entire zone and you only have to kill 2 of them (leader of the Bloodscale Naga and leader of the Dark-something Naga). I don't know if there's a quest to kill the elite ogre guy, but I never found one, so I presume he may be for horde or maybe drop an item that starts a quest? The last elite you talk to in a form so you don't have to fight him.

In my opinion, the only problem with going slow is you get caught up in other players. People, in my experiences, aren't very nice, will not group up even for a kill quest. They tend to take items that lie on the ground as you're killing a mob right by that item. They purposely steal your kills. But by being "ahead of the game" you can somewhat avoid these players and play in less densely populated zones (right now Nagrand is decent for me... but I wish I was done with Nagrand and in Blade's Edge Mountains already. Horde seem to be really pissy in Nagrand for some reason).

Nope, this quest is to kill Arazzius the Cruel. The quest rewards is pretty nice. As for over crowding, yeah competes for mob is a pain sometime but sometime very useful. I done this quest in less than 5 min. Just run in and light them up, no need to worry about mobs since they got wipe out as they spawn. haha. :p

About that Fei Fei dog quest... you can follow someone who's doing it... once they pick up the dirt, it stays there a few extra secs and you can pick it up too... wasn't even in a group.

I was waiting for him to complete the quest... and I just decided to try it and it worked.

Ohh okay, now I remember the quest called "The Overlord" that you get after you cleanse the Pools of Aggonar. I don't think I ever kept anything from any quests in Hellfire Peninsula, simply because I'm geared in epics already, so none of it was really an upgrade to all of my stats (or maybe a tiny decrease for a large increase to others).

One thing that may be a bit weird on my server is how most people get along. It may be a PVP server, but for the most part, Horde and Alliance leave each other alone and even help each other on many occasions. Although, I've argued with people about how just because it's a PVP server it doesn't mean you have to PVP... it doesn't seem they'll ever listen or even understand the concept of persistent killing ruining your questing (i.e. you kill him, he kills you and so on).

I was actually reminded of this because when we were fighting Arazzius the Cruel, a Horde group came up while we were waiting for him to spawn. They didn't try to tag it from us and they actually helped us kill him. I knew some of them (I'm friends with a decent amount of people from each faction), so I stayed behind and helped them out. Although, it seems the Horde love to be chickens and kill me when the odds are stacked highly against me. Sadly enough, I easily kill at least one of them before I ever go down and now that I'm 66 and have Cloak of Shadows, things may get a bit better :).

Hmm that's good to know. I'll have to try that on my alts when I bring them through as some of them are poor and only my main has his epic mount (i.e. if I want a flying mount, I need to spend 1400g for epic land and superior air combined).

EDIT 2: Forgot the original "EDIT" tag :p.

I can't beleive someone would amit to being so addicted to a game they played 28 hours in a row. Its like bragging about how long you have gone without sex, or how much fatter you are than other people. Deffinitely not something to be proud of.

I can't believe there are people out there that care so much what other people do with their lives.
