Well, are they? They look too perfect to be real. She has the body of a pr0n star -- I would probably feel really uncomfortable if I was in the same tribe as her. She's too overtly sexual.

They're fake. When she laid back they didn't seem to move all the much. She got a great body though, thats what counts.

Ummm that was some weak Survivor in England or something. That Sarah is NOT the Sarah from Marquesas. The Sarah in that link looks like a transvestite.
