Wow, Survivor's Sarah has big boobs -- Are they real?

Well, are they? They look too perfect to be real. She has the body of a pr0n star -- I would probably feel really uncomfortable if I was in the same tribe as her. She's too overtly sexual.

They're fake. When she laid back they didn't seem to move all the much. She got a great body though, thats what counts.
