just got back from a job interview... met with my boss, and his boss.

I had a printout of my job, what it makes in my area, and the job one step above mine (which is what I ACTUALLY do)

I was like.. I want to be paid in this range.






Now they're in a meeting over it.

I feel your pain. I went on an interview that lasted from 8:30am to 4:30pm last Friday. It was very stressful. Met with all the people that would be working under me, several peers who would be working on opposite sides of the company work flow, as well as my potential boss, the CIO, and their technology expert. It was one stressful day...although it looks like it turned out well.
