Btw it would be slander since she's vocalizing it. And unless the shop keeper can prove that what she ends up saying is clearly FALSE and DAMAGING to his business, he has no grounds to sue. From what i read about the post, she was going going to tell her friends that the shop has meeting involving homosexual men and their african american partners. Granted her choice of words might be different, unless she purposefully lies and says they eat babies over tea, she really can't be sued for slander.

From what I saw of the link as I skimmed it was that she voiced her opinion to the store owner; good for her, she just displayed her ignorance to the world. I couldn't care less as long as she doesn't go over and try to physically move the men.

If she's making threats then the store owner should have called the police and had them deal with it.

Actually, you very well may be arrested. Most municipalities have some form of public indecency laws (you can't jack-off in public... though I bet you morons would defend it) and yelling profanity directly at someone will break those laws. Why does this country's (failing) court system hinge on the phrase "innocent until proven guilty"? Nobody's guilty of murder until they actually commit the crime. Just because someone hates someone else doesn't mean they'll go out and kill them. You can't EVER convince me otherwise.
