Wow....small computer

My company just moved into a new building and we got new systems. They're HP e-Vectas and they're TINY!! Imagine a cable box...it's that small...make no noise as well. Wonder how long it'll be before home PCs get this small... 10.7in x 9.5in and only a few inches thick. Pretty impressive (even for PCs)

if i wasn't such a gamer i'd get one of those and have it stand vertical next to my monitor.

The Apple cube is 8"x8"x8"

But the prices and size of PC is getting INSANELY smaller and smaller.

geno, those are terminal's, right?
We gotta VB6 on 233's with 32mb ram, on a slow @55 24port hubbed network, with a cheapie Xeon non-raid server.
Very Very pathetic experience.
Ping is measured in minutes, not second @ school :(

I'm always surprised that people marvel so much at smallish computers, when laptops are all over the place. Hell you can get a PIII 850 with 512 MB RAM, 32 GB HD, 8X CD-RW, modem, ethernet, etc. And it's only about 11x13x2 or even smaller, and that's including portability and a 15" monitor.

If they have the TFT screens you knwo the skinny ones...cant think of the word...then they arent bad...if you are a woman!!! thats like having a Mac keyboard on your PC. You know the ones that come with the G3 and G4.
