I still can't retrieve my character info on any of the servers in Mountain, but can on the Pacific servers. Guess I'll just play there today...
This reminds me of the first week of EQ, except Blizzard was smart and is giving the first few weeks free via this open beta
I've given up for today. I got in earlier, then got stuck in a zone with no NPCs and couldn't log out. When I was able to log in, I found myself dead in IronForge entering the portal to the tram (where there was no possibility of being killed). I ghost ran back and it locked up when I tried to res. I haven't been able to get back in since.
The way the servers have been today I don't think I even want to get back in again if I could. With the lag, missing NPCs, missing auctions and mail, I think it would just be a waste of time.
They should just shut the servers down for at least a few hours and try to fix them, instead of bringing them up and down all day.

simple i need to purge all my frustration that i have built up by killing some pixels...
now im gunna have to do it with drugs and alcohol... thnx blizzard... you were my anti-drug but now.. because of you im going to smoke weed.. drink till i pass out... and say stupid things like i need some god damn poon-tang... and not get any in the end...

Massive probelms today. Haven't been able to login for over 2 hours. When I was playing earlier it wasn't even fun because of massive lag.
