Wow! Payton and Mason for Ray Allen!!

That is not the title, it's Payton AND Mason for Ray Allen.
We totally got robbed.

Pryzbilla and Ollie seriously can't play.

Kenny anderson for Elden Campbell is a good trade, but who plays backup PG now?

Wow, that came out of nowhere. The Glove was on the block but I thought Ray Allen was untouchable in Milwaukee. Now, they're jammed at the point. Unless they made plans to move Cassell. That's a big trade. Seattle also traded it's other point guard... Wonder who's gonna play the 1. I don't know why the Bucks made the move, since they're finally winning, but a talented swing man for a great point is a good trade any day, but Payton can leave at the end of the year... Well, gonna be an interesting offseason hopefully.

On top of getting rid of Payton they got rid of Kenny Anderson, too. Anderosn would do a lot of good for the Sonics starting in Payton's place.

The Lakers were supposed to get Payton 😀

Ray Allen, isn't he a jump shooter .. who the hell will be the point for Seattle? They are supposedly working on a trade involving Kenny Anderson too.

WTF is Seattle thinking?

well like the article said......... Payton is on the last year of his 7 year contract............. maybe they figure they can't sign him and they got to get somethign for him.

Cheers,
Aquaman

Payton has said he would never leave the WestCoast.. what happened??

That Olympic sized fraud named George Karl got Payton to come to the Bucks? What a joke.

"Coincidentally, the Bucks and Sonics play Friday night in a nationally-televised game on ESPN."

Talk about the execs rigging this trade probably with a helping hand from ESPN in order to bring more viewership to the national telecast tommorow night. 😉

so Casell's coming off the bench now? or will they play Payton and Casell at the same time? hmmmm....

At least we don't need to use Ansu Sesay anymore, that's a good sign
We suddenly turned into one of the biggest (as in size) teams in the NBA,
Jerome james, pryzbilla, elden campbell, lewis, reggie evans.

I think we are still going to shop a few guys out, I just hope we don't get Gilbert arenas......
either charlie ward or van exel will be nice as a backup pg for barry.

why wouldn't you want Gilbert Arenas?

Holy crap! That's a big trade. Allen is a great player but I think Payton is one of the premier PGs in the league. Both teams needed to shake some things up, I guess.

If Seattle needs a new PG, we've got Damon Stoudamire and his big fat contract sitting on the bench down here...

it is now official, THE SONICS suck ass!
Trade our 3 best players for a bunch of pond scum losers.
guess I don't have to waste any money watching them for the next decade now.

Ray Allen is not a "pond scum loser", IMO. He's got talent, not as much as Payton, but he's still a young player and he'll grow into his position.
