He'll land where ever he damn well pleases, because it's a MOTORIZED parasail. In otherwords, he has a giant fan straped to his ass pushing him. His increased forward motion gives the ram air parachute LIFT.

i've seen people jump off the twin towers for a new years celebration. amused is right, though, that guy is too far away from the buildings to have jumped off one. too high up too. and i think you can see the fan, just barely.

I believe the term for what this isn't, however, is BASE jumping, not parachute jumping.
