Wow! Ordered 3 movies from Netflix yesterday

Yeah well, same here, BUT, sending them back takes another day.

Monday : got 3 dbz
Tuesday : send them back
Wed: They got them and ship out my next 3
Thursday : In transit.
Friday : got 3 more dbz
Sat : send them back

21.99 for the basic plan is still not bad if you avg. 10 dvd's a month. I'm definitely going to keep paying. Screw blockbuster and their damn late fees 😀

you can tell them online by clikcing a button saying they are in the mailbox to be back to them
 
your lucky....i sent 3 back monday...they recieved ONE on tuesday, TWO on wednesday, shipped ONE on wednesday, one on thurs, one on fri, didnt get the weds one till today. :-/
Every other time been like a 3 day turn around...this week has just sucked...

are you a heavy user and have been with them for more then a month? Read the huge thread about netflix on fatwallet hot deals. They throttle heavy users, which is something I started to experience and immediately canceled. My first month, it took 1 day for all 3 to get to me and 1 day for them to receive it. After a month of heavy usage they start playing games, ie i'd send 3 back on monday, they'd get 1 tuesday and 2 wednesday, then claim they shipped 2 on wednesday but they dont' get to my house till saturday?

Screw them and their shady tactics.

Mines has always been great service. I'd send it on Monday and get 3 dvds back on Weds. I am in the Bay Area.

heavy users = thieves who rent 8 at a time, copy them, and send back the same day. there's your "shady tactics"

Not everyone that rents a lot of movies are thieves.
 
I was renting "too much" and they started slowing my movies down and putting everything on "long wait". I finally cancelled.

Honestly, what do you want to pay for a DVD rental? Give me a break.
 
I really like Netflix, but the postal service is so screwed up here it's not worth it for me to be a member. I swear the local post office has a 2 day minimum hold on all mail. I joined on Monday and picked DVDs, they shipped them Tuesday, got here Saturday. I dropped them in the mail monday morning and Netflix sent me an email on Tuesday saying they had gotten them back.

It took 10 days for a first class letter to get to me once. From a post office less than 100 miles away.
