I work in downtown st. louis, on tucker blvd by washington blvd. I pay almost $100 a month to park in a garage, but when I work on the weekends, we can usually get away with parking right in front of the building (only 4 spots, private parking).
I've already had my last car broken into in broad daylight downtown. Well this time....
Someone decided to use my car as a bicycle ramp? wtf?
I go outside to show my brother my car today at our easter family get together, and he points out a massive dent in my right front fender. my stomache turned. then he points out the bicycle tire mark on my car that goes right across the dent.. then i notice more tire marks on my hood, scratches, etc.. the dent in the fender is bad enough that it cant just be popped out, its on the crease of the fender. so im going to have to replace it and paint it. plus im probably going to have to have my hooded painted... RAWR!!! sigh..
My car was fine yesterday before I went to work, and I parked my car in my garage at home last night. So the only time my car was exposed was at work... the thing is, and i know how this works, is that since my car was lowered, and it was up next to a high curb, someone on a bike could have easily just rode up on to my car..
